At Zummo uk.com, we pride ourselves in our after sales service, which we believe is second to none. We are totally dedicated to keeping your orange juice pressing machine running, and ensuring continuous profit for your business.

Spares

We hold all the popular spares, at our depot and our drivers hold a selection of spares in their vans, so depending on your area, a breakdown or spare part can be dealt  with on the same day as your orange delivery.

Repairs

Our machine engineers can deal with 70% of problems over the phone. If a repair is needed it can usually be done on site, it is rare that we need to bring a machine back to our workshop for repairs, but  if that is what it takes it will be done and we will even lend you a machine while yours is being repaired.

Refurbishment

Zummo UK  offer a refurbishment service for older machines. We will collect your old machine, and leave one for you to use (free of charge), then replace with brand new parts, including:

• Stainless steel machine front

• Removable Perspex front  screen

• Cups

• Squeezing tray, including the squeezing balls

• Drip tray, including the stainless steel insert

• Plastic bins if you have them

All Zummo orange juice pressing machines come with a 2 year mechanical warranty.

Service

All machines need servicing from time to time to ensure that your machine is producing the best yield, after all, that's your profit.

We will agree a service schedule (timing depends on usage and time) with you and loan you a machine when yours is picked up.

Extras for your Zummo Orange Pressing Machine

All Zummo Juicing machines have various accessories that can enhance the appearance of your machine and help with your juice production.

All orange juice pressing machines have cabinets and tanks that can make using your juicer easier.

Cabinets

The stainless steel cabinet has a large peel bin inside to capture the peel and you can hold a whole day’s peels that only need emptying once a day.

Fresh Cabinets

The stainless steel fresh cabinet has an onboard tank and chiller unit, this will stir and chill the juice, this is especially suitable for self service and bottling.

Stainless Steel Bins

All Zummo models can be supplied with stainless steel bins that will enhance the appearance of your juicing machine.

Tanks

A 5 litre tank is available for the Z08 & Z14.

This tank is a bolt on unit that sits at the front of the machine, and is suitable for self service and bottling.
